I am not 100% sure, but in my opinion, through the papers you submit the CO only need to prove that the person is real, they will not ask for more docs. (Example: attaching a certificate of health insurance premium paid by the company, photo showing the company logo, photo taken with spouse)\u003c/p\u003e\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cp\u003eBring all documents to consular legalization: copy English papers, copy Vietnamese papers, then translate them and then legalize them.
